Polignano a Mare offers many stunning locations, as well as various places to enjoy an aperitif, but one of my favorites is definitely Caffè Serafini (Piazza San Benedetto, 49). The venue features an ancient structure with stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and a window with a view of the sea that is nothing short of spectacular. The aperitif here is particularly delightful, especially thanks to its drinks served in mini terracotta pots.
